More of the Family Vacation

After seeing Matt graduate we headed to Sacramento to do some sight seeing. Neither child had much interest in the history lesson, although they did love to run on the grass and chase squirrels.

ok, so Luke saw this monument on the top of the capitol building and he said "Look Daddy...Buffalo Wild Wings!" Um....a horse/bull does not equal hot wings....

We headed back to Davis to see Dr. Matt one more time before he left for Santa Rosa and his first gig as a vet and he told the boys about the coolest park...their eyes lit up like they saw Santa. It was a kids paradise.

After Davis we headed to Monterey for the night.

Drew was a little nervous about the water (again)

But man oh man did he LOVE the sea lions. Every time they barked, he would laugh hysterically...oh, and try and do it back to them :)

We ended the night on the boardwalk....yep cotton candy and...

frozen bananas.....what could be better?
